According to IBK Industrial Bank on the 6th, the new employee training started on the 3rd and will continue for a total of 6 weeks until the 10th of next month. For the first 4 weeks, the training is conducted entirely untact, where new employees learn the theory necessary for banking practice through real-time online education programs. During the online education period, special programs such as online physical activities and virtual company dinners are also planned.
The last 2 weeks consist of offline training. New employees are dispersed to branches and receive intensive practical training for 2 weeks by having senior employees working at the branches as mentors.
Despite companies recently facing difficulties in large-scale hiring and training due to COVID-19, the bank stated that this is a new attempt to strengthen the work capabilities of new employees as usual.
