View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] As the discharge volumes from Paldang Dam and Soyanggang Dam increase, raising the water level of the Han River, vehicle traffic is being restricted on various roads throughout Seoul.
According to Seoul city and police as of 6:50 a.m. on the 6th, both directions of the section from Yeomchang IC to Banpo Bridge on Olympic-daero are fully closed.
Earlier this morning, the Dongbu Expressway was closed from Surak Underpass to Seongsu JC, Gangbyeonbuk-ro from the north end of Wonhyo Bridge to the entrance of the Medical Association, and the Inner Circular Road from Majang Ramp to Seongsu JC.
Seoul's Jamsu Bridge has been closed for five consecutive days. Traffic is also blocked at the southern end of Banghwa Bridge at Gaehwa Six Locks, from the southern end of Dangsan Railroad Bridge to Dangsan Underpass, Yeoui upstream and downstream ICs, and from the north end of Cheongdam Bridge on Jayang Riverside Road to the Han River Citizen Park entrance.

Meanwhile, a flood advisory was issued at 5:50 a.m. at the Tancheon Seoul Daegokgyo point. Songpa-gu has prohibited access to the Han River, Tancheon, Seongnaecheon, Gamicheon, and Jangjicheon.
