Audi Opens Busan Geumjeong Showroom and Service Center
The Nation's First Digitalization Concept Showroom
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Audi Korea announced on the 3rd that its dealer in the Busan and Gyeongnam regions, 'Iron Auto,' has opened an Audi showroom and service center in Geumjeong-gu, Busan.
The Audi Geumjeong showroom is a five-story building with a total floor area of 5,332㎡. It features a large showroom capable of displaying 18 vehicles, along with various concept experience spaces. Notably, this showroom is the first in Korea to introduce Audi's digitalization concept showroom, where visitors can experience vehicle explanations and various video content through a media wall.
The service center, located on the third floor, can service up to 50 vehicles daily. It is the first in Korea to adopt Audi's digital reception system (Service Cam), allowing customers to check videos of their vehicle being received via an application, and to monitor the repair process in real-time through monitors installed in the customer lounge during waiting times. This greatly enhances customer understanding and trust. On the second floor, a premium lounge with various concepts including a kids' track, kids' zone, and game zone is provided.
The Geumjeong showroom and service center are located on the border of Geumjeong-gu and Dongnae-gu in Busan. Adjacent to the newly opened Sanseong Tunnel and Yunsan Tunnel, it is expected to provide high-quality service with excellent accessibility not only to Dongnae and Geumjeong but also to customers in Buk-gu and the eastern Busan area.
