Nonghyup Card plans to refine its customer segmentation system by enhancing persona models, insight models, and personalization specialized models after assessing its big data utilization capabilities.
Additionally, by creating customer segmentation information and data marts, it aims to implement an environment for utilizing customer segmentation and strengthen personalized marketing. Nonghyup Card expects to contribute to enhancing data utilization capabilities, improving customer perceived value, and reinforcing various business initiatives.
On the 30th of last month, Nonghyup Card held a big data lecture at the NH Nonghyup Bank headquarters for its employees to increase understanding of data utilization. EY Consulting’s Senior Partner Lee Kwang-rim was invited as the lecturer, covering topics such as big data market trends, analysis of data platform operations, advanced cases of big data analysis-based personalization, and utilization methods.
