'Small Business Re-Startup Education' Also Online... Full-Scale Launch This Month
Small Enterprise and Market Service
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] The Small Enterprise and Market Service announced on the 3rd that it will officially begin conducting the 'Small Business Re-Startup Education' in real-time online starting this month.
The online small business re-startup education was established to support the re-startup and business conversion of small business owners who have closed or are planning to close their businesses. Until now, offline on-site group education was provided due to limitations such as the high age of small business owners preparing for a comeback and restrictions on practice and experience, but online education has been introduced due to the spread of COVID-19.
To provide convenience to small business owners participating in the education, SEMS has prepared various services including ▲practice kit delivery ▲free laptop rental ▲online education guidance call center operation ▲remote control management. The practice materials are packed in a kit box and delivered to the small business owners' workplaces or homes. Education can be received through real-time feedback from instructors online.
Small business owners who wish to apply for the re-startup education can register through the Small Business Knowledge Learning Center website.

SEMS Director Cho Bonghwan said, "The introduction of this real-time online education will serve as an opportunity for small business owners to transition digitally in response to the post-COVID era," adding, "It is expected that more small business owners will be able to prepare for re-startup online without restrictions on location and number of participants."
