KB Kookmin Bank, August 3-16 Online Real Estate Seminar 2
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 30th that it will hold the 'Real Estate Online Seminar 2' through KB Real Estate Live On from the 3rd to the 16th of next month.
The seminar will examine the changing real estate market and home-buying strategies in response to the spread of COVID-19 and the announcement of real estate measures. In addition, under the theme 'Real Estate Experts, Their Secrets,' insights from real estate experts will be presented through videos.
In Part 1, Kim Hak-ryeol, director of Smart Tube Real Estate Research Institute (pen name Ppasyong), an expert in location analysis, will appear to review the real estate market trends in the first half of 2020 and forecast the market for the second half.
In Part 2, Park Hap-su, senior real estate specialist at KB Kookmin Bank, will give a lecture on the theme 'Home-buying Strategies in a Chaotic Real Estate Market.' He will provide advice on precautions for redevelopment and reconstruction investments, development prospects by region, and home-buying methods by age group.
