KT and InnoBiz Association Collaborate to Recommend Talent for Technological Innovation in SMEs
[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Chae-eun] KT announced on the 29th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Inno-Biz Association for the "Recruitment Linkage between Technology Innovation-type Small and Medium Enterprises and 4th Industrial Revolution Talents."
Through this agreement, KT will survey and recommend candidates among those who have completed the '4th Industrial Revolution Academy Internship Program' and wish to participate, while the Inno-Biz Association will introduce the recommended talents to excellent companies. Various government programs, including the Youth Tomorrow Filling Deduction, will also be supported, making this collaboration effective for both companies and talents.
KT's 4th Industrial Revolution Academy consists of 9 weeks of theoretical education and practical experience in various fields such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Software (SW) development, and 5G networks. The Inno-Biz Association fosters technology innovation-type small and medium enterprises called 'Inno-Biz companies' and supports strengthening the technological competitiveness and innovation capabilities of SMEs.
