The Excellent Labor-Management Culture Company certification is awarded to companies that exemplarily practice a labor-management culture of coexistence and cooperation as well as social responsibility. Among the companies awarded this year, 11st is the only e-commerce company.
11st was recognized for its exemplary achievements based on a harmonious labor-management culture, including industry-leading employee welfare benefits, implementation of a flexible work system of 80 hours over 2 weeks, and continuous improvements in the working environment.
Its ongoing social contribution activities were also highly evaluated. 11st operates '11st Hope Shopping,' which supports online sales channels for small and medium-sized local sellers struggling due to the COVID-19 pandemic, provides free education and advance payment services for sellers, and donates accumulated sponsorship funds back to society. It has also supported the social welfare organization 'Sarang-ui Dalpaengi,' which assists the hearing impaired.
