Shin Yong-byeong, Chairman of Shinhan Financial Group, is encouraging the executives while participating in the 'New Life Change Management Workshop' of Shinhan Life Insurance and Orange Life at the Orange Life headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul on the 22nd.

On the 22nd, the two companies held a "New Life Change Management Workshop" under the theme "Leaders Discuss the Future of New Life" at the Orange Life headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul. The workshop was attended by Chairman Cho, Sung Dae-gyu, President of Shinhan Life, Jung Moon-guk, President of Orange Life, as well as all executives and department heads from both companies.
Chairman Cho said, "Since this is a meaningful gathering of executives from both companies, I ask for active discussions based on the 'New Life Value System,'" adding, "Through consideration of new approaches, please take the lead in advancing as a top-tier insurance company."
The executives of both companies began with an analysis of political, economic, social, and technological issues surrounding the insurance management environment, and then discussed the meaning of the New Life vision, ways to internalize the value system, and the role of leaders through autonomous discussions among the management.
