Gwangju Bank Relocates 'Jinwoldong Branch' from Existing 2nd Floor to Nearby 1st Floor
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] Gwangju Bank (President Song Jong-wook) announced on the 21st that it has relocated the Jinwoldong Branch, which was previously located on the 2nd floor, to the 1st floor of a nearby building.
Until now, although the Gwangju Bank Jinwoldong Branch was situated in an area with a dense commercial district and active foot traffic, being on the 2nd floor caused difficulties for customers, including financially vulnerable groups, in accessing the branch.
By relocating to the 1st floor this time and improving accessibility and convenience, customer satisfaction is expected to increase significantly.
Song Jong-wook, President of Gwangju Bank, said, “To facilitate convenient financial services for customers and to resolve inconveniences faced by financially vulnerable groups, we are gradually relocating branches located on the 2nd floor or higher in the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions to the 1st floor. Through providing high-quality financial services, we will practice customer-centered and community-based management and become a representative bank of Gwangju and Jeonnam that grows together with the region.”
