Ajou University to Host 'Post-Corona University Education Innovation Forum' on 23rd via YouTube
[Asia Economy Reporter Jo In-kyung] Ajou University will host the 'Post-Corona University Education Innovation Forum' on the 23rd from 2 PM to 5 PM, organized by the Center for University Education Innovation. The event will be conducted via YouTube live streaming.
This forum is designed to reflect on the changes in university education caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and to discuss the future directions for innovation and development in university education.
Starting with a greeting from Ajou University President Park Hyung-joo, the first keynote lecture will be delivered by Paul Kim, Associate Dean of the Graduate School of Education at Stanford University, USA, on 'Educational Innovation Strategies in the Post-Corona Era.' Associate Dean Paul Kim, an expert in educational technology, will share his insights with attendees through an online video.
The second keynote lecture will be given by Professor Lee Joo-ho of the KCI Graduate School of International Policy (former Minister of Education), who will discuss the 'AI Education Revolution,' diagnosing the future educational goals and methods that will change in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
A session for sharing experiences and exchanging opinions among universities will also be held. At Ajou University, Kang Kyung-ran, Director of the Center for University Education Innovation, will present, and Park Hee-deung, Director of Planning and Budget at Korea University and Head of the University Innovation Support Project Group, Yang Im-jung, Director of Educational Innovation at Pusan National University, and Hong Won-ki, Director of the Educational Innovation Center at Pohang University of Science and Technology, will each present 'Post-Corona Education Reform Cases' and participate in a joint discussion.
