Fire at Yongin SLC Logistics Center Warehouse... Workers Trapped, Rescue Underway
[Asia Economy Reporter Jo In-kyung] At around 8:29 a.m. on the 21st, a fire broke out at the SLC logistics center located in Jeil-ri, Yangji-myeon, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do.
The fire department issued an Alert Level 1, which mobilizes all personnel from the local fire station, at 8:39 a.m., 10 minutes after the report was received, and began firefighting efforts. When it was identified that about three workers were still trapped in the basement, the response level was raised to Level 2. As of now, no casualties have been confirmed.
