Busan Gangseo Police Station announced on the 20th that they are investigating after receiving a report on the 16th at around 2:40 PM about a cat's body found in a residential area in Daejeo-dong, Gangseo-gu.
At the time, the cat was hanging on the wall with its neck tied to a rope, its front paws raised, while its hind legs and lower body were touching the ground, according to the investigation.
The police stated that there were no signs of the cat having been assaulted. They also estimated that the cat was a stray that roamed the neighborhood with 4 to 5 kittens.
