[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] One more confirmed case of COVID-19 has been reported in Daejeon.
According to Daejeon City on the 16th, as of 10 a.m. that day, a woman in her 70s living in Bang-dong, Yuseong-gu (#165) tested positive for COVID-19.
The confirmed patient first showed symptoms such as fever, muscle pain, and loss of appetite on the 7th, and was confirmed positive after being tested at a screening clinic on the 15th.
The city estimates that this confirmed patient had contact with patient #147, who was confirmed positive on the 8th.
Patient #147 is the director of a clinic located in Wonnae-dong, Yuseong-gu, and patient #165 was investigated to have received outpatient treatment at that clinic on the 29th of last month.
