‘Half-Price KTX for Two’ Korea Railroad Summer Vacation Event
[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL) announced on the 12th that it will hold the ‘Half-Price KTX for Two’ event for KTX trains operating from the 20th of this month to the 10th of next month.
During the event period, when two people such as family or friends use the KTX together, the train fare will be discounted from the regular price of 119,600 KRW to 59,800 KRW for the Seoul→Busan KTX (standard class).
However, KORAIL recommends booking early once the schedule is decided, as the number of discounted seats per train is limited.
Tickets eligible for the event can be purchased from 2 PM on the 14th via the KORAIL website and the smartphone app ‘KORAIL Talk’.
