'RAS' Go Eun-ah Overcoming Panic Disorder: "Not Meant to Be a Celebrity... This Might Be My Last Broadcast"
[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Yeon-ju] Actress Go Eun-ah revealed that she is overcoming panic disorder.
On the afternoon of the 8th, Go Eun-ah appeared as a guest on MBC's entertainment program 'Radio Star' and shared her recent updates.
Recently, Go Eun-ah appeared on a YouTube channel run by her younger brother Mir, a former member of MBLAQ, gaining attention as her "real self, Bang Hyo-jin."
That day, Go Eun-ah said, "I originally worked under the name Go Eun-ah, but since I showed my true personality on YouTube, many people started calling me by my real name, Bang Hyo-jin, rather than Go Eun-ah."
Following this, a YouTube video featuring Go Eun-ah was shown. Special MC Lee Ji-hye reacted, "It's really shocking. I never imagined she had that side."
In response, Go Eun-ah said, "That's my original personality, but I have been acting for nearly 20 years," adding, "Only now, with the help of my younger brother Mir, have I been able to show my true self through YouTube."
She continued, "Subscribers say they are 'surprised,' 'entertained,' and 'impressed,' but my friends around me watch the YouTube videos and say I'm still 'pretending.' I'm thinking about how to show the 'real Bang Hyo-jin.' But my younger brother does some self-censorship for me," bringing laughter.
Go Eun-ah confessed, "During my acting days when I hid my true self, it was very difficult. I developed panic disorder because I was hiding who I really was," and added, "I wasn't suited to be a celebrity. My younger brother leading me to YouTube was a godsend. I am now finding joy in living."

Regarding her future broadcasting plans, she explained, "I was sick with panic disorder but have been improving through YouTube activities. My younger brother also seemed to have thought a lot about broadcasting activities since his military service," and said, "Since I am doing what I love, producing YouTube content, I have no plans for the time being. That's why I appeared with the determination that this might be my 'last broadcast,' making a big decision."
