Lotte Food Launches ‘Uiseong Garlic Direct Fire Seasoned Roast’ Twice Cooked by Oven and Direct Flame
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Saeng-hye] A product that allows you to enjoy the taste of barbecue at home without going camping has been released.
Lotte Foods announced on the 8th that it will launch ‘Uiseong Garlic Direct Flame Marinated Grill,’ a grilled meat product twice cooked with rich galbi marinade in an oven and over direct flame.
The Uiseong Garlic Direct Flame Marinated Grill is made with domestic pork and Uiseong garlic grown in Korea. After applying a rich galbi marinade, the meat is roasted to a golden brown in the oven, then grilled once more over a hot direct flame to enhance the juicy flavor and smoky aroma.
The product’s surface is marked with a grid pattern resembling grill marks, allowing the marinade to penetrate well and delivering the distinctive rich taste of galbi marinade. Additionally, it can be easily cut along the grooves into bite-sized cubes, making it convenient to eat.
The 260g product is divided into two 130g small packs, so you can conveniently enjoy one pack per meal as needed. It can be grilled and eaten as a side dish with rice, skewered as a snack, or stir-fried with vegetables, making it suitable for lunchbox side dishes.

It is completed by pan-frying until golden brown on both sides, and grilling enhances the deep flavor even more. When using an air fryer, lightly brush the product with oil and cook at 180℃ for about 7 minutes for easy preparation.
