GS Shop Opens 'Seonmulhagi' Gift Service
Recipient Directly Enters Address
[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] GS Shop announced on the 6th that it will launch a ‘Gift Sending’ service that allows users to send gifts without knowing the recipient’s address.
The Gift Sending service can be used by clicking the gift button on the GS Shop product page. Then, users simply enter the recipient’s name, contact information, and a message, and complete the payment to finish using the service.
Customers can use the Gift Sending service for all of GS Shop’s products, totaling up to 8 million items. However, some items such as installation and rental products, travel packages, and designated-day delivery products are excluded.
Recipients can view the message received via KakaoTalk or text message and enter their own delivery address and contact information. If the gift is not accepted within 5 days, it will be automatically canceled. Inquiries related to the Gift Sending service can also be made through the GS Shop customer center.
