J.STY&M and V&ONE KOREA to Host Apink Untact Concert... Scheduled for Broadcast on Chinese Video Platform
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] J Star I&M and V&One Korea announced on the 3rd that they have signed a contract to host Apink's untact concert.
Through this contract, the two companies plan to host Apink's 'untact concert' for fans thirsty for meeting due to COVID-19 and simultaneously broadcast it on three major Chinese video platforms.
Above all, holding Apink's untact concert carries significant positive meaning for pioneering the Korean Wave culture market in China, as broadcasting and performances, which had been blocked since the THAAD incident, recently showed signs of lifting the ban on Korean content.
Apink is determined to communicate with fans by preparing an untact concert where anyone can fairly meet without ticket wars from anywhere in the world, especially for their official fan club 'Panda,' despite the difficulty of direct communication.
LMK, the sponsor joining J Star I&M and V&One Korea, explained, "We hosted the 'untact' concert to provide a high-quality communication platform not only with fans in Korea but also with fans in China and Southeast Asia."
