RF Bio Signs Comprehensive Business Agreement with Miaero Women's Clinic
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] RF Bio, a subsidiary of RF Tech, announced on the 3rd that it has signed a comprehensive business partnership agreement with ‘Miaero Women’s Clinic’ following business agreements with ‘Okim Plastic Surgery’, ‘Banobagi Plastic Surgery’, and ‘Oracle Dermatology’.
Through this agreement, Miaero Clinic will provide consultation on quality improvement of products manufactured by RF Bio as well as the development of next-generation products. Both companies plan to strengthen their collaborative relationship for research and development, marketing, and overseas expansion of medical aesthetic products such as fillers.
An RF Bio official stated, “Miaero Clinic is a beauty and women’s specialty hospital operating a network of 10 branches nationwide, mainly in the metropolitan area, with many medical beauty specialists who have extensive clinical experience,” adding, “We expect significant synergy effects in the new product development process reflecting the needs of the medical field.”
A representative from Miaero Clinic said, “Medical devices such as fillers tend to be undervalued in terms of price compared to their quality when it comes to domestic products,” and added, “We plan to collaborate from the research and development stage to ensure that RF Bio’s fillers are recognized not only in the domestic market but also globally.”
