60s Man Abuses and Assaults Taxi Driver for 20 Minutes After Mask Wearing Request
A man in his 60s was arrested by the police on charges of verbally abusing and assaulting a taxi driver who encouraged him to wear a mask.

According to the Gimhae Jungbu Police Station in Gyeongnam on the 2nd, A (male, in his 60s) was caught in the act on charges of assault for verbally abusing and using violence against a taxi driver who encouraged mask-wearing.
A is accused of verbally abusing the taxi driver for about 20 minutes and assaulting the driver with his own mobile phone after the taxi driver requested mask-wearing while A was in the front passenger seat of a taxi near Buwon-dong, Gimhae City, at around 7:15 a.m. that day.
It was reported that A, who was not wearing a mask, boarded the taxi with two acquaintances while intoxicated and caused a disturbance.
