From CEO to All Employees... Hallaholdings Implements 'Remote Work System'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Halla Holdings announced on the 2nd that it will implement the remote work system ‘Work Anywhere’.
‘Work Anywhere’ will be applied to all employees, including the CEO. All employees are required to work remotely at least once a week and come to the office at least twice a week. Remote work can be done anytime and anywhere with an internet connection, such as at home, cafes, or outdoors. The choice of work location and time is entirely left to the employees' discretion.
Halla Holdings explained that the purpose of introducing ‘Work Anywhere’ is to establish an agile corporate culture.
Halla Holdings stated that over the past few months, it has evaluated employees' responses to working from home and obtained positive results in all areas, including work engagement, work efficiency, and creative task performance.
