Hanwha Techwin Launches Security Camera Equipped with Self-Developed Chipset
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] Hanwha Techwin announced on the 1st that it will launch a security camera equipped with the next-generation video processing SoC (System on Chip) 'WiseNet7'.
WiseNet7 is a video processing chipset developed independently by Hanwha Techwin, and the company explained that Hanwha Techwin is the only domestic company with such technological capabilities.
The new camera supports up to 4K high-resolution video and is equipped with features such as a 'noise reduction algorithm' and 'extreme backlight compensation' that enhance clarity and color representation.
To strengthen cybersecurity, a device certificate issuance system has been newly added to ensure that only authorized users can operate the camera.
