'Yurang Market' Kwak Jung-eun Transforms into Meditation Trainer: "More Unnecessary Items After COVID-19"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jeong-ho] Secondhand items belonging to 'Woorang Market' writer Kwak Jung-eun were successfully sold.
On the afternoon of the 28th, JTBC's 'Woorang Market' aired a scene where Kwak Jung-eun's secondhand goods were traded.
That day, the guest was Kwak Jung-eun, who appeared on the program alongside MC Seo Jang-hoon.
Kwak Jung-eun invited four people to the meditation center she runs. Having studied meditation in India and now transformed into a meditation trainer, Kwak explained the reason for the invitation: "After COVID-19, I remodeled the space and hold classes with only 10 people gathered in individual chairs. Because of that, many props became unused."
Additionally, Kwak continuously brought out useful items such as a fan with an air purifier function, home bar chairs, and sofas.
This sparked a heated competition for sales. At her studio, Kwak also took out various items such as tables, incense sticks, carpets, blackboards, and easels.
That day, Kwak Jung-eun attracted attention by revealing her home for the first time.
In the modern-feeling house, items such as an air purifier, indoor bicycle, foam roller and weight bands, coffee machine, digital camera, and mop vacuum cleaner appeared as items for sale.
Afterwards, the cast members selected Kwak Jung-eun's items and began serious sales. Jang Yoon-jung, who chose the air purifier and laundry drying rack, received many love calls after starting sales. The coffee machine chosen by Hong Hyun-hee was also sold immediately.
Even Yoo Se-yoon's mop vacuum cleaner was selected, but Seo Jang-hoon received no contact at all. Hong Hyun-hee, Jang Yoon-jung, and Yoo Se-yoon all succeeded in sales, but Seo Jang-hoon failed to sell any items.
In response, Seo Jang-hoon said, "Next week, I will give away three items for free," bringing laughter to those around him. In the end, except for Seo Jang-hoon, all three people succeeded in selling two items each, and Yoo Se-yoon was crowned the sales king.
