First, at 10 a.m., the Gokseong County Council will deliberate and resolve two agenda items: the partial amendment ordinance of the Gokseong County Administrative Organization Establishment Ordinance and the abolition ordinance of the Gokseong County Agricultural Products Processing Plant Operation Management Ordinance.
Following this, the Gokseong County Council plans to proceed with the election of the 8th term second half chairman group according to the council meeting rules.
The voting method for the chairman group will be a secret ballot by anonymous voting. The method for determining the winner is decided according to Article 8 of the Gokseong County Council Meeting Rules, requiring a majority attendance of the total members and a majority vote of the attending members.

If no winner is determined in the first round of voting, a second round will be held. If no winner emerges in the second round, and if there is only one highest vote-getter, a runoff vote will be held between the highest vote-getter and the runner-up. If there are two or more highest vote-getters, a runoff vote will be held among them. The candidate with the majority of votes will be elected, and if the runoff vote results in a tie, the elder candidate will be elected.
