Daewoo Industrial Development to Launch 'Exodium Central Dongin' in Daegu in July

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] Daewoo Industrial Development announced on the 25th that it will launch sales of 'Exodium Central Dongin' in Dongin-dong, Jung-gu, Daegu next month.

'Exodium Central Dongin,' located at 88 Dongin-dong 3-ga, Jung-gu, Daegu, will be built with a total of 630 households across 6 buildings, ranging from 59 to 138㎡ (exclusive area), with 2 basement floors and up to 23 floors above ground. The complex is supplied through the Dongin 3-1 district housing redevelopment project, with 362 units available for general sale. By area, there are ▲159 units of 59㎡ ▲197 units of 74㎡ ▲3 units of 126㎡ ▲3 units of 138㎡.

Exodium Central Dongin is located within a 1 km walking distance from Chilseong Market Station on Daegu Subway Line 1. It is also close to Kyungpook National University Hospital Station on Line 2 and Dongdaegu Station for high-speed rail, making transportation convenient not only within Daegu city center but also for regional travel.

Additionally, the Dongin-dong area where the complex is located is adjacent to the Dongsung-ro commercial district, the central business area of Jung-gu, providing easy access to various lifestyle convenience facilities. Nearby are Daegu Department Store, Hyundai Department Store, Lotte Department Store, and Donga Department Store, as well as various hospitals, markets, and cultural facilities. In terms of education, Dongin Elementary School and its affiliated kindergarten are nearby, and Kyungpook National University Middle and High Schools, Joongang High School, and Cheonggu High School are all within a 1 km radius of the complex.

Daewoo Industrial Development plans to offer premium residential products at Exodium Central Dongin, applying its luxury residential brand 'Exodium.' The top six units (126㎡, 138㎡) will be designed as duplex penthouses with terraces, a first for Jung-gu. Some units will feature Daewoo Industrial Development's specialized floor plan called 'Sallim Chaktchak (Housewife Circulation Line),' and paid options include an automatic opening system for the auto sliding door, as well as spacious pantries and dressing rooms.

A sunken central plaza will be created in the middle of the complex, along with a children's playground and a walking trail circling the complex. Various community facilities for residents' convenience, such as a fitness club, Moms Station, and daycare center, will also be established.
