Gwangju Buk-gu to Conduct Basic AI Training for Public Officials Starting from the 30th
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yukbong] Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (District Mayor Moon In) announced on the 25th that it will conduct 'Basic Artificial Intelligence Education' for public officials twice from the 30th of this month to the 2nd of next month.
This education was prepared to enhance public officials' understanding and interest in the 4th Industrial Revolution and to cultivate work processing capabilities using new technologies such as big data, machine learning, and deep learning.
The education will be conducted by the Director of Research Planning and a full-time researcher from the Smart Media Talent Development Institute, which has an AI education agreement with Buk-gu, covering topics such as ▲ Introduction to new technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning ▲ Methods of AI data training ▲ Cases of big data analysis and utilization ▲ AI technology practice and application.
In particular, Buk-gu plans to operate a short-term intensive education course in the 4th industrial field, including big data and blockchain, targeting job seekers and employees of 4th industrial companies from August to September.
