Jeonju University International Korean Cuisine School, 'Visiting Jeonju Bibimbap Quality Improvement' Consulting
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Jeonju Reporter Lee Geon-ju] Jeonbuk Jeonju University International Korean Cuisine Cooking School announced that it will conduct the ‘Visiting Jeonju Bibimbap Quality Improvement Consulting’ together with Jeonju City until September 30.
According to Jeonju University on the 24th, the ‘Visiting Jeonju Bibimbap Quality Improvement Consulting’ is a collaboration between Jeonju City Traditional Cultural Heritage Division and the International Korean Food Culture Foundation. It selects 10 local restaurants and 10 nationwide restaurants selling Jeonju Bibimbap, and provides training focusing on the intrinsic and extrinsic factors of Jeonju Bibimbap, including cooking methods and food harmony.
As a special benefit for the restaurants and businesses receiving the consulting, a Jeonju Bibimbap certification plaque from Jeonju City and promotional videos of the respective businesses will be provided.
Restaurants and businesses wishing to participate in the ‘Visiting Jeonju Bibimbap Quality Improvement Consulting’ can apply by filling out an application form and submitting it via email or fax by the 30th.
