Daewoo E&C Launches 'Ahyeon Prugio Clacity' in Mapo for Sale
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo In-ho] Daewoo E&C will open the model house of "Ahyeon Prugio Clacity" in Mapo, Seoul on the 26th and begin full-scale sales.
Ahyeon Prugio Clacity is a small-scale apartment complex with 239 units ranging from 30㎡ to 45㎡ in exclusive area, located at 275-2 Ahyeon-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, consisting of 6 basement floors to 18 above-ground floors. Of these, 234 units excluding 5 rental units will be sold to the general public.
Applications for subscription can be made by group. For exclusive area types, Group 1 includes 31A㎡ and 31B㎡ types; Group 2 includes 30H㎡, 32H㎡, 33H㎡, 34H㎡, 37H㎡, 38㎡, 38H㎡, 39H㎡, 40B㎡, 40C㎡, 40D㎡, and 41A㎡ types; Group 3 includes 42㎡, 43㎡, and 45㎡ types.
The sale price ranges from 494 million to 889 million KRW. Subscription will be conducted through the subscription homepage from July 2 to 3. The announcement of winners is scheduled for July 8. The expected move-in date is October 2023.
The Ahyeon-dong area where Ahyeon Prugio Clacity is located is undergoing large-scale redevelopment projects, establishing itself as a representative residential town in the Seoul city center. Ahyeon New Town adjacent to the complex will have about 18,000 households once redevelopment is completed.
Ahyeon 1-3 District, 3 District, and 4 District have completed move-ins, and Ahyeon 2 District is preparing for sales after selecting a construction company. Bukahyeon New Town will also have about 12,000 households once development is completed. Among the total five districts, Bukahyeon 1-2 District and 1-3 District have completed move-ins.
