Grand Korea Leisure "All 42 Employees in Contact with Confirmed Case Test Negative"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] According to the epidemiological investigation conducted by health authorities regarding the confirmed COVID-19 case at Grand Korea Leisure (GKL), no additional cases have been identified.
On the 22nd, GKL announced that all 42 individuals designated for self-quarantine through the epidemiological investigation tested negative for COVID-19. On the 16th, one employee at GKL's headquarters in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, was confirmed positive for COVID-19.
A GKL official stated, "From the night of the 15th, when we received the report that a family member of the employee was confirmed positive, we immediately closed the building and switched headquarters employees to remote work the following day. We focused on initial response measures, including internal and professional disinfection."
