[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] The Korea Inclusive Finance Agency is reaching out to comfort vulnerable groups.
The agency announced on the 22nd that it will hold an online workshop titled "Let's Do It Together" from 7 p.m. on the 24th to support the struggling event performance arts sector and traditional markets, and to comfort low-income and vulnerable groups.
Although many organizations have postponed workshops due to COVID-19, the agency decided to open the workshop, which was previously limited to employees, to the public and to conduct it non-face-to-face via its YouTube channel to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The workshop will be hosted by broadcaster Kim Tae-jin and will feature trot singer Kim Ho-joong, who gained great popularity on "Mr. Trot."

Lee Gye-moon, president of the Korea Inclusive Finance Agency, said, "It is especially meaningful to expand the workshop, which was held annually for communication among employees, into a nationwide participatory event so that everyone struggling due to COVID-19 can enjoy it."
