[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Bitcoin, the number one cryptocurrency by market capitalization, is trading sideways in both domestic and international markets, recording 11.2 million KRW and 9,300 USD levels.
According to the cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb on the 22nd, as of 6:55 AM, Bitcoin was down 0.04% (5,000 KRW) from 24 hours ago, trading at 11.27 million KRW. About 15 billion KRW worth was traded during the day.
Most other cryptocurrencies are showing slight gains. Bitcoin SV (0.58%), Stellar Lumens (0.55%), Ethereum Classic (0.40%), Bitcoin Cash (0.36%), and Ethereum (0.11%) are all slightly up.
At the same time, on Upbit, Bitcoin is trading at 11.271 million KRW, down 0.48% (54,000 KRW) compared to the previous day.
Most cryptocurrencies on Upbit are also rising. Carry Protocol (2.24%), Milk (1.15%), and Ethereum (0.04%) are slightly up, while Ripple (-0.88%) is showing a slight decline.
In overseas markets, there is also a slight upward trend. According to cryptocurrency market data provider CoinMarketCap, at the same time, Bitcoin was up 0.21% from 24 hours ago, trading at 9,351.31 USD.
Most other cryptocurrencies are also moving sideways. Ethereum (0.53%), EOS (0.23%), Bitcoin Cash (0.25%), and Binance Coin (0.18%) are slightly up, while Ripple (-0.53%) and Litecoin (-0.40%) are showing slight declines.
