Seongbuk-gu 'Youth Dream Finding' Village Instructor Training Course Successfully Completed
8-Week Theory and Practice Training Course...Scheduled to Participate as Assistant Instructor in Youth Entrepreneurship Experience Career Education Program
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Seongbuk-gu (Mayor Lee Seung-ro) successfully completed the "Youth Dream Finding" entrepreneurship experience village instructor training course to support middle and high school students participating in entrepreneurship experience clubs.
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, while adhering to safety guidelines for daily life, this course was conducted over a total of 20 hours. Graduates of the program will directly participate as assistant instructors in a youth entrepreneurship experience career education program based on design thinking and entrepreneurship, supported through the Seongbuk-gu community innovation plan contest project.
The entrepreneurship experience program "Youth Dream Finding" aims to help young people grow into healthy and proactive members of society. It focuses on enhancing insight and entrepreneurial spirit through education covering the entire process?from discovering and solving problems independently, conceptualizing entrepreneurial items, to productizing and selling them.
The village instructors who completed the course took the perspective of youth, discovering entrepreneurial items through team missions, creating prototype models, presenting final results by team, and exchanging feedback. The education program consisted of eight weeks of theory and practice.
