[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] Samsung Electronics will launch the 'Galaxy Book S,' which combines the advantages of mobile and PC, in South Korea on July 3. Prior to this, Samsung Electronics announced on the 16th that pre-orders for the Galaxy Book S will be held on the Samsung Electronics website from the 23rd to the 29th.
The Galaxy Book S is an ultra-slim and ultra-lightweight laptop that supports LTE communication. It supports LTE mobile communication and Wi-Fi 6, which provides the fastest wireless internet speed, allowing large files to be transferred quickly.
Equipped with an Intel Core PC processor, it offers powerful computing performance and efficient power usage. It supports ultra-fast response speed that turns on immediately when the laptop is opened, as well as a touch display. It is equipped with a battery that can be used all day without worrying about charging, and can also be charged with a USB-C type charger without a separate adapter.
With a thickness of 11.8mm and a weight of 950g, it is highly portable. It will be released in two colors: Mercury Gray and Earthy Gold, made of aluminum material. It comes with 8GB of RAM, and users can choose between 256GB and 512GB of internal memory. The price ranges from 1,130,000 to 1,465,000 KRW depending on the specifications.
