Jeongeup-si Distributes 'Exciting Jeongeup Guide' Booklet for New Residents' Life Information
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jaegil] Jeongeup City in Jeonbuk announced on the 15th that it will publish and distribute a lifestyle guidebook for new residents titled "Exciting Jeongeup Guide."
The city created the booklet containing various lifestyle information about Jeongeup to help new residents settle smoothly in the area.
The content is organized by category as follows: ▲ "Civil Complaint Information" related to civil affairs, taxation, and environment ▲ "Culture and Sports Information" covering cultural and sports activities ▲ "Welfare and Health Information" introducing support for the disabled, childcare, and public health center projects ▲ "Education Information" including libraries and educational support ▲ and local economic information guiding traditional markets and local shops, all composed of city policies and information closely related to daily life.
In particular, the guidebook also lists the contact numbers for each Jeongeup city department and major civil complaint services, providing even more useful information for new residents.
The lifestyle guidebook will be distributed free of charge at each eup, myeon, and dong community service center when residents from outside the area register their move.
