[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Yangcheon-gu (Mayor Kim Su-young) is streaming online informatization education for residents in real-time through its YouTube channel until the 26th.
To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), the district has decisively decided to replace the originally face-to-face informatization education with an online and non-face-to-face format.
In particular, this education course consists of classes teaching basic Excel, PowerPoint, and Hangul education, basic and practical computer, smartphone, and YouTube usage, as well as various smartphone app utilization methods useful in daily life.
The apps used in the classes include ▲ Kakao series (Voice Talk, Face Talk, Maps, Gift Sending, etc.) ▲ smartphone map apps ▲ public transportation apps ▲ smartphone photo and video editing apps ▲ mobile grocery shopping apps ▲ various reservation apps (hospital, KTX, express bus, movie theater), among others.
The education period is from the 15th to the 26th, and anyone who wishes to take the course can check the schedule and participate in the class by searching for ‘Yangcheon-gu Informatization Education’ on YouTube at the designated time and accessing the desired channel. There is no limit on the number of participants.
