◆The Nature of Money= Written by Seungho Kim, Chairman of the global dining group SnovFox. As of 2019, SnovFox is a global company with 3,878 stores and over 10,000 employees across 11 countries worldwide. It aims to achieve annual sales of 1 trillion won and is preparing for a Nasdaq listing in the United States. Chairman Kim is known as a "boss who teaches bosses," giving various lectures and classes while traveling between Korea and around the world. After dropping out of college in 1987, Kim moved to the U.S. He experienced failures in businesses including a grocery store in a predominantly Black neighborhood, a bedding store, a Korean grocery store, a local newspaper company, a computer assembly company, stock futures trading, and an organic food store before starting the SnovFox business in 2005. "The Nature of Money" was written based on a lecture he gave to the public three years ago by renting a theater. It was written to accurately convey the meaning of that lecture. Drawing from his experience of building a global company from scratch, he reveals the real way to make money. (Written by Seungho Kim / SnovFox Books)

◆Rethinking Leadership= This is the new normal era where past success methods no longer work. The new normal era refers to a time when newly emerging standards and norms dominate the world. It is characterized by an accelerating pace of change and the normalization of crises. The author, John Maxwell, emphasizes that the most essential quality for leaders in this unstable era is adaptability?the ability to change according to new environments. Based on observations of 6 million leaders worldwide, he explains that successful people share the common trait of willingly embracing the risks of uncertainty and continuously transforming themselves, a concept he calls "Leadershift." He explains how leaders must change to grow their assets and the organizations they lead through 11 principles. (Written by John Maxwell / Translated by Han Lee / Business Books)
