Zea, releases new song 'Greedy'..."IU, please write lyrics that resonate"
[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Lim Juhyung] Brown Eyed Girls member Jea shared her thoughts on the release of her new song 'Greedyy.'
On the 12th, Jea expressed through her agency Mystic Story, "I wanted to convey words to many people who have no reason not to be confident, and with such amazing artists, I was able to create music that also gave me good energy."
Jea's new song 'Greedyy' was composed by Ra.D, Lee Sunmin, and Yoo Woongryul, with lyrics written by IU, and features Moonbyul of MAMAMOO.
In particular, Jea said, "I only gave IU the keyword 'power confident' and asked her to write the lyrics without any comments, and she wrote lyrics that everyone can relate to so well," adding, "The clever title with the letter 'y' appearing twice to express greediness was also IU's idea," praising IU's songwriting skills.
