Lee Yong-seop, Mayor of Gwangju Metropolitan City, announced in an emergency COVID-19 briefing on the afternoon of the 12th, “Due to a confirmed COVID-19 case at Yudeok Middle School, the scheduled venue for the written exam on the 13th, the exam location will be changed to Dongmyeong Middle School.”
In the Gwangju area, a suspected COVID-19 infection case occurred at Yudeok Middle School on the same day, and a third round of testing is underway. The results are expected to be released around 8 p.m. that day.
The city plans to notify the affected individuals of the venue change via phone calls and text messages.
