Additional Commercial Land Sale in Northwest Sejong Jochiwon
[Asia Economy (Sejong) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Sejong City will additionally lease commercial land in the northwest district of Jochiwon.
According to the city on the 11th, the additional commercial land to be leased consists of two plots in Bongsan-ri: Bongsan-ri 391, measuring 854.7㎡, and Bongsan-ri 394, measuring 829.8㎡.
The planned supply prices are 824 million KRW for plot 391 and 940 million KRW for plot 394.
The lease will be conducted through a general competitive bidding process from the 22nd to the 23rd of next month, and bids can be submitted via Onbid, the online public asset disposal system operated by the Korea Asset Management Corporation.
