Chosun University Job Center Conducts 'Career and Employment Planning Intensive Training'
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] Chosun University Career Center announced on the 10th that it will hold intensive training for career and employment planning targeting female university students and local youth until the 12th.
This program is operated through non-face-to-face video lectures, dividing female students majoring in humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and engineering into 1st-2nd year, 3rd-4th year, and graduates.
Students in the 1st and 2nd years of each field establish career goals based on self-understanding and design the direction of their career path.
3rd and 4th year students and graduates explore major-based career fields and proceed with job, company, and industry analysis to achieve employment goals. The program consists of a total of four sessions.
Students can participate according to their academic year in the respective field by applying through the Student Integrated Support System (CU+) extracurricular program.

Center Director Yoon Onam said, “The intensive training program for career and employment planning is operated separately by field and academic year to help female students explore their desired careers and jobs, set career directions, and achieve employment goals,” adding, “We will continue to strive to cultivate female professionals who efficiently respond to changes in the recruitment market through systematic and specialized programs for female university students.”
