Seoul City to Hire 284 Candidates for Open and Experienced Competitive Exams for Grades 7 and 9
[Asia Economy Reporter Jo In-kyung] The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on the 10th that it will select a total of 284 new and experienced public officials at grades 7 and 9, including administrative and technical positions.
The number of recruits for the 3rd appointment exam this year is 205 for open competitive selection and 79 for career competitive selection. By field, there are 157 administrative positions, 114 technical positions, and 13 research positions. By grade, there are 221 at grade 7, 50 at grade 9, and 13 research officers.
Applications for the appointment exam can be submitted from August 3 to 8 through the Seoul Internet Application Center (http://gosi.seoul.go.kr). The written exam will be held on October 17, the same date as other cities and provinces. The announcement of the written exam passers will be on November 17, and the final successful candidates will be announced on December 30.
