According to the county, from the 8th to the 30th, 100,000 won worth of Imsil Love Gift Certificates will be distributed per resident, and the distribution of the Imsil Love Gift Certificates to the eup and myeon offices has been completed.
The gift certificates will be issued immediately upon application at the eup and myeon offices of the applicant's registered address, and due to the busy farming season, county officials will visit villages through coordinated business trips to distribute the certificates.
The recipients of the Imsil-gun disaster basic income emergency disaster support fund are residents registered in Imsil-gun as of 0:00 on April 30, 2020.
Additionally, marriage immigrants can receive support after being registered on the resident registration certificate, and those in nursing hospitals or care facilities can delegate the receipt.
The county plans to strengthen publicity and continuously encourage residents who have difficulty moving by providing a support service that visits their homes to ensure no resident misses receiving the disaster basic income.
Residents who could not receive the funds during the village visits by the responsible officials can visit their local eup or myeon office to collect them.
On the 1st, cash payments to 840 preschool children nationwide were completed for the first time through child protection allowance accounts, and these children will also receive the gift certificates this time.
The disaster basic income support fund, aimed at revitalizing the local economy frozen by COVID-19 and protecting affected residents, must be used by September 30, as early use is the goal. It can be used at any local currency affiliated store.
Since the gift certificates are issued to revitalize the local economy, the county plans to promote consumption by limiting the usage period to encourage short-term spending.
Previously, Imsil-gun and the county council cooperated urgently to comfort all residents struggling due to COVID-19 by enacting the Disaster Basic Income Support Ordinance, establishing the basis for the prompt payment of support funds.
