Vice President Shin is an expert in human resources management and organizational development with over 20 years of experience in talent development, rewards and welfare, and labor-management relations. He has built his career at various companies, starting with Kumho Petrochemical, followed by Dow Corning Korea, Pfizer Korea, and most recently overseeing the HR division at Otis Elevator Korea.
In this personnel move, Audi Volkswagen Korea promoted the head of human resources management to Vice President. Through this, the company aims to strengthen internal capabilities and focus on transforming into a performance-oriented organizational culture.
