Jeonnam Health and Environment Research Institute Awarded Top Honors in International Proficiency Test for Drinking Water Sector

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] Jeonnam Health and Environment Research Institute announced on the 7th that it has obtained a certificate in this year's 'International Proficiency Testing in the Drinking Water Field' conducted by Sigma-Aldrich in the United States, and was selected as the top analysis institution.
The 'International Proficiency Testing' is an internationally accredited certification program in which analytical institutions worldwide participate to verify their testing and analysis capabilities through an international proficiency testing operation organization certified by ISO (International Organization for Standardization).
Jeollanam-do Health and Environment Research Institute received the highest grade of 'Satisfactory' in all 17 items, including general items, metals, harmful organic substances, and disinfection by-products, in this test, thereby obtaining certification as an internationally accredited testing institution.
