It offers chewy and elastic noodles enhanced with protein and dietary fiber, and its weight is increased by 20% compared to Ottogi’s Buckwheat Bibimmyun (130g), allowing for a more generous serving. Tamarind is a legume fruit mainly used in tropical cuisines of India and Southeast Asia to add a tangy aroma.
