Gyeongnam Bank Supports Local SMEs... Hosts Startup Venture Festival
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] BNK Gyeongnam Bank announced on the 27th that it has signed a "Joint Business Support Agreement for the Development of Local Small and Medium Enterprises" with the Gyeongnam Regional Small and Medium Venture Business Administration.
According to this agreement, Gyeongnam Bank and the Gyeongnam Regional Small and Medium Venture Business Administration will mutually cooperate to revitalize the local economy and enhance local and customer value by fostering promising local startup companies and small and medium enterprises.
In particular, to promote the startup boom and activate local talent employment, they plan to hold events such as the Gyeongnam Startup Venture Festival, Gyeongnam Maker Festival, and Gyeongnam Regional Job Fair.
To support long-term employment of small and medium enterprise workers, programs such as the Gyeongnam SME Hope Forum, Gyeongnam Youth Entrepreneur Network support, and online-offline linked marketing support in the New Southern Region will be operated.
Gyeongnam Bank will also contribute 110 million KRW in support funds.
