United Future Party to Submit 'Merger Proposal' on 27th... "Party Name Likely to Be Decided by Emergency Committee"

United Future Party lawmaker Kim Sang-hoon, Future Korea Party Secretary-General Yeom Dong-yeol, and Future Korea Party elected member Choi Seung-jae met with reporters after a casual meeting at the National Assembly Members' Office Building that afternoon and said, "If it passes at the United Future Party National Committee, a joint meeting of the task force will be scheduled, and at that time, the final decision on the registration details with the Election Commission for the merger will be made."
Regarding the party name upon the merger of the two parties, lawmaker Kim said, "The emergency response committee will probably decide on a new party name."
