Seoul 'COVID-19' Cases Increase by 8 ... 6 More Linked to Itaewon Clubs

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Jo In-kyung] The number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) linked to Itaewon clubs in Seoul increased by 6 in one day.
As of 10 a.m. on the 25th, Seoul city announced that the total number of COVID-19 confirmed cases in the Seoul area reached 776, an increase of 8 compared to the same time the previous day.
Among them, 6 were confirmed cases who had visited Itaewon clubs, or family and acquaintances infected through secondary contact with these confirmed cases, all classified as related to Itaewon clubs. Accordingly, the total number of confirmed cases related to Itaewon clubs in Seoul reached 112.
Among the new confirmed cases, a woman in her 20s residing in Yeongdeungpo-gu has an unidentified infection route, and a kindergarten student (from Gangseo-gu) attending the art academy where this woman works as an instructor was also confirmed positive on the same day.
