Through the declaration, the corporation's labor and management agreed to actively cooperate to ▲ enhance national happiness by establishing a marine industry ecosystem ▲ strengthen organizational capabilities by building a new labor-management culture ▲ realize labor respect by creating a safe environment for the public and promoting work-family balance ▲ lay the foundation for win-win cooperation with small and medium-sized partner companies and participate in good consumption movements such as advance payment and advance purchase ▲ foster a culture of integrity and realize respect for human rights.
In April, the corporation's labor and management also agreed on pending issues to improve employee working conditions, including revising seafarer employment rules, expanding job-based pay, and activating annual leave.
